This is the key question that keeps coming up when it comes to maybe couple Ellen Page and mega hotness Alexander Skarsgard!
The rumor mill is abuzz again about The East costars after a cozy photo of Ellen, 26, and Alexander, 36, popped up on Twitter over the weekend. The picture which shows the two cuddling was in fact tweeted by the movie’s director Zal Batmanglij.
It didn’t help matters that Ellen herself also retweeted the photo. In addition to the super adorbs cuddling, the maybe couple are also dressed in matching denim outfits.
“Canadian tuxedo party,” wrote Ellen, in a reference to the denim attires.
But despite this photo and other pics which show the two suspiciously hanging out together, a source insists to PEOPLE the costars are just friends. Friends who occasionally do the horizontal tango???
This odd coupling is even more strange by the fact that many have long assumed Ellen was a lesbian.
